
Glowfye Return & Exchange Policy
At Glowfye, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return/exchange. Certain items (e.g., jewelry, personal care, intimate wear, and clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, jewelry, and personal care items. Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Special Offers. Customized or personalized products.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support team at [enquiry@glowfye.com] or call [78275 61852] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order ID and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions. The product must be shipped back to us in its original condition.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchange is possible for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
Note: Glowfye reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
