Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please email support@glowfye.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Used or opened personal care products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
